Special care is given to any neurodivergence(s) you may have to make sure our work together is as stress-free and helpful as possible.

About

I am a gender non-conforming mestize Latine, Queer, neurodivergent, settler in "Burnaby, British Columbia." I continue to practice COVID precautions including masking, vaccines and testing.In 2025, I decided to put my skills, time, and effort towards the people and organizations I care about. I took a leap and created Loida's Desk!My expertise comes from my experience as an executive and administrative assistant for almost two decades in the corporate world. My role included a lot of multitasking, confidential work, project management, community and municipal engagement, event planning and execution, specialized program/training creation and much more.
Though I'm grateful for all of the knowledge I gained, I found the focus of the corporate environment didn't align with my values of equity and anti-oppression. Now, I would like to use everything I've learned to support those who share these same values that are so important to me.My goal is to help you reduce your administrative workload to allow you to focus on the pieces only YOU can do!

I provide three tiers* of payment options, all with a minimum of five hours per month.
The included descriptions are to help you reasonably determine which tier applies to you.

Tier OneFor highly profitable, well established businesses and/or individuals with high income.$95/HR
Tier TwoProfitable, semi-established businesses and/or or individuals with average income.$85/HR
Tier ThreeLow or non-profit, starting businesses and/or individuals with less than average income.$75/HR
